Bill & Ted Party On In New Trailer For ‘Bill & Ted Face The Music’ [Watch]

first_imgThe trailer finds the titular Bill and Ted not quite living up to the rock n’ roll fantasies they dreamed up as slacker youths. After reaching the peak of playing a concert in front of the entire world 25 years ago, the duo is now reduced to playing in Barstow, CA on $2 taco night. The now middle-aged rockers once again lean on their immortal maxim, “Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes!” Unfortunately, that is not enough to usher in the Utopian society that their music was meant to instigate. Now, Bill and Ted are tasked with writing the song that unites the world and, rather than actually doing the work themselves, they decide to travel to the future in the ever-present, time-traveling telephone booth and steal the song from themselves—once they finally get around to writing it.The video’s description summarizes the film’s plot as,Once told they’d save the universe during a time-traveling adventure, 2 would-be rockers from San Dimas, California find themselves as middle-aged dads still trying to crank out a hit song and fulfill their destiny.Watch the trailer for Bill & Ted Face the Music below.Bill And Ted Face the Music Trailer (2020)[Video: JoBlo Movie Trailers][H/T Pitchfork] Audiences got a preview of Bill & Ted Face the Music on Tuesday with the premiere of the film’s trailer.
